MRO Operations Coordinator

** What's a typical day as an MRO*
* ** Operations Coordinator**  **?
** You'll be acting as a liaison between the company, field teams, and the engine overhaul facility to provide information and updates to airline customers, act on requests, and coordinate with responsible parties as it relates to aircraft engine repair projects. Typical responsibilities will include:

- Working cross-functionally to assist with coordinating aircraft engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul services including approving or authorizing changes and tracking of material in the repair process

- Manage and coordinate Purchase Orders and invoicing processes

- Communicate to airline customers about engines in Work In Progress status

- Regularly update tracking information and other performance metrics

- Coordinate shipments of inbound and outbound engines with transportation and global trade entities

- Assist with the management of technical documentation and quality records

* - Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational experience (required)

- 10+ years of professional work experience in aerospace, MRO, or comparable operational roles (required)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across organizations, with partners, and other cultures (required)

- Attention to detail and strong follow up practices (required)
