Encore Global - - Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation:
Ensures a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment.;
Customer Service:
Strives to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers; maintains a positive relationship with clients; meets with guests on site; monitors events and checks in on customers.;
Technical Ability:
Understands technical aspects and demonstrates basic troubleshooting and problem solving with equipment and software; handles equipment challenges timely.;
Systems Knowledge:
Understands company processes, follows procedures, completes paperwork; uses equipment sheets; up-sells when appropriate; completes invoices and navigator entries.;
Work with clients to finalize invoices and coordinate with vendors for equipment.
