This leadership role is responsible for managing client relationships, driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery for customers across multiple industries, including financial services, retail, entertainment, and convenience store operations.

The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of regional service operations. This role leads teams, optimizes processes, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, drives service-level performance, and supports strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is an experienced operational leader with a strong background in HVAC, facilities services, or skilled trades who can effectively balance people leadership, client management, and business performance.
