Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicates with team members; and being flexible to work in other areas as needed;

Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; follows recipes; wraps, labels, and stores merchandise; ensures food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment;
Be a Techie:
Uses handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; adopts new tools and encourages others to use them;
Be an Owner:
Maintains work area per policies, ensures quality and date control for bakery items, protects merchandise, eliminates waste, assists members with purchasing decisions, and ensures proper packaging, labeling, and storage;
Be a Talent Ambassador:
Advocates for the department and club by delivering high-quality service and products; demonstrates energy and commitment to the work.
