Provide outstanding customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex and create welcoming, knowledgeable shopping experiences;
Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized, shoppable space and leveraging clienteling tools;
Utilize point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience;
Support inventory, replenishment, and merchandising presentation; assist with special events;
Promote loyalty and warranty programs and contribute to achieving sales goals and store results
