Role and Responsibilities- Ensures Environmental Performance through the development, implementation, and management of environmental programs across US and international sites.
- Drives critical programs such as CAA, RCRA, Stormwater, Wastewater, SPCC, TRI, etc., to reduce risks and company costs.
- Exhibits a working knowledge of global chemical substance regulations (REACH, TSCA, RoHS, CA Prop 65, etc.).
- Lead sustainability programs by managing GHG reduction and tracking, recycling, and waste reduction initiatives (hazardous, non-hazardous, and recycling).
- Assess and improve environmental impact through sites assessments and driving continuous improvement by establishing performance targets, data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, or other field
- Years of experience in sustainability and environmental compliance programs
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and sustainability frameworks
- Strong analytical, design and project management skills
- Excellent in documentation and communication
- Ability to travel as required (up to 15%, including overnight stays) — if applicable for role
- Experience with global sustainability initiatives
- Familiarity with environmental reporting tools and automation platforms
The annual salary range for this role is $83,000-$130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
