The Coralville Top Level team is in search of a Senior Analyst Industrial Engineer. This role will primarily support the MAPS production team by pursuing automated processes for various manufacturing steps.

What You Will Do
  • Programming and support of ONYX-29 BGA Repair machine for MAPS rework and repair of UAS products
  • Identify component failure trends and perform root cause analysis. Implement corrective actions to resolve
  • Provide capacity planning and utilization analysis for accurate staffing and identify new and optimized approaches that will minimize production staffing needs and capital requirements
  • Participates in Production Readiness Reviews to determine suitability of new designs for production
  • Analyze and understand factory needs and requirements
  • Conduct Process Flow analysis and make improvements
  • Develop tools that enable manufacturing or increase production rates
  • Implement Procedure and process improvements based on safety, quality, and productivity
  • Improving production facilities and equipment layout
What You Will Learn
  • Enhance your technical skills for the entire product assembly and test process, board level through top-level assemblies
  • Improve & Maintain SOP for current configuration and oversee accurate change management procedures for all MFG documents
  • Gain practical experience with Lean Manufacturing
  • Enhance your skill with Learn MFG Flow optimization, Line balancing and OEE
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Lean manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with equipment and factory layouts
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to proactively identify alternate solutions to overcome difficult technical challenges
  • Ability to organize and prioritize while adapting to changing priorities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals
