We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Municipal Engineer. Our team works with local communities on a wide range of civil, municipal, and environmental projects. We are looking for a Professional Engineer who would work with CAD Technicians, Construction Observers, Land Survey Chiefs, and office staff in various capacities.

• Prepare detailed technical engineering reports.
• Prepare ormodifyplans, specifications, construction schedules, permits, andcost and quantity estimatesfor public worksprojects.
• Workwith Construction Observers /Resident Techniciansduringallfacetsofconstruction.
• Assist Project Manager in completing project within budget and on schedule.
• Clientcontactincludingattendanceatboard orcouncilmeetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering required.
• Minimum
  10yearsofcivilengineeringdesignexperiencepreferred/desired.
• IowaPE licenseor ability toobtainwithin1yearpreferred.
• Previousroadway,storm sewer,sanitarycollectionsewersandwaterdistributiondesignexperiencedesired.
• Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsrequired.
