Step into Your New RoleWe are currently seeking a full‑time Transportation Engineer to join our team. Our team works with State and Local Governments on transportation‑related projects. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills and will assist our current staff in serving clients. This position will be responsible for performing detailed design, analysis, and engineering calculations for a variety of civil/transportation projects.

- Design of complex transportation infrastructure projects, with a focus on roadway and highway elements
- Prepare and review project reports
- Communicate and schedule work with Survey Department
- Complete work on schedule and within budgets
- Plan and prepare transportation project plans and specifications
- Periodic on‑site construction observation
- 10+ years of transportation engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Missouri or Iowa PE required. PTOE not required but desired
- Experience with PowerGEOPAK and/or Open Roads Designer preferred
- MoDOT or IaDOT experience preferred, KDOT experience acceptable
