Key Responsibilities- Sales & Administrative Leadership Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Sales & Marketing leadership, including preparation of proposals, contracts, correspondence, and internal communications.
- Ensure seamless lead transitions and maintain organized account documentation and CRM updates.
- Support short-term booking detailing and assist in executing assigned events.
- Conduct professional hotel site tours and represent the property brand confidently to prospective clients.
- Marketing & Content Execution
- Execute property-level marketing initiatives in collaboration with off-site marketing leadership.
- Develop, schedule, and manage organic social media content across platforms.
- Assist with boosted posts and paid social promotions as directed.
- Create marketing materials using Canva and update collateral in Adobe platforms as needed.
- Capture light photography content for social media and property marketing needs.
- Execute simple email marketing campaigns and maintain online listings (Yelp, Yext, event boards, etc.).
- Manage Eventbrite ticketing and promotional support for Watermill Kitchen + Bar and other hosted events.
- Property Activations & Community Engagement
- Support sales blitzes, community partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate on-site marketing activations and assist with branded content capture.
- Operational & Guest Experience Support
- Oversee gift certificate and voucher processing.
- Manage Guest Recognition communications and internal distribution of event information.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance guest and associate satisfaction.
- Has prior experience developing social media content for business or brand platforms.
- Demonstrates strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Is comfortable working independently while collaborating with both on-site and off-site leadership.
- Maintains a polished, professional presence when interacting with clients and guests.
- Has strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Possesses working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Canva (Adobe experience a plus).
- Has basic photography skills and an eye for capturing brand-appropriate content.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Prior experience in hospitality, sales support, marketing coordination, or administrative leadership preferred.
Pay Range: $17–$21 per hour
, commensurate with education and experience.
This position requires some flexibility, including occasional weekends and holidays as hotel events dictate
