Overview

Encompass Health invites licensed LPN/LVN professionals to join a national inpatient rehabilitation leader. This role focuses on delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care and supporting rehabilitation goals.

• Provide direct patient care according to personalized care plans and physician orders.
• Observe patient behaviors, monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery.
• Acknowledge and celebrate patient victories.

• Current LPN/LVN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of experience in an inpatient medical‑surgical or general hospital setting preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.
