Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation

PRN, Day Shift, 12 Hours. Your experience matters.

Eastern Iowa Rehabilitation Hospital is a 40‑bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital and part of Lifepoint Health. We provide customized, individualized rehabilitation for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury, aiming to maximize health, function, and quality of life.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of each patient.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Iowa RN license.
• CPR/BCLS certification required.
• ACLS preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
