American Traveler is hiring a Rehab RN for a night shift inpatient rehabilitation hospital position requiring an active IA or compact RN license.

• Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting with 20 beds
• Treats patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• No floating requirements
• Uses EPIC EHR

• Active RN license (IA or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, and Child and Adult Iowa Mandatory Reporter
• 2 years of experience required
• 6 months of acute, rehab, or long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Basic computer knowledge and effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time

• Provide specialized rehabilitation nursing care tailored to individual patient recovery needs
• Must be cooperative and demonstrate a strong desire to be a team player
• Navy scrub color required
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
