Serve as the Attending Veterinarian, providing oversight of all veterinary care and animal welfare programs;
Lead the institution's Laboratory Animal Medicine program, ensuring the highest standards of veterinary care and humane animal use;
Oversee veterinary care and colony health management for gene-edited minipig disease models;
Develop and implement veterinary SOPs, clinical programs, and preventative health strategies;
Ensure compliance with USDA, OLAW, FDA, and AAALAC International;
Serve as a key member of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC)
