We are seeking an experienced Bartender who is enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Whether you’re looking for a long-term role or an opportunity to grow within a strong restaurant group, Tribute is the place to be.

Starting Pay: $4.35 per hour plus tips for fully trained Bartenders (tipped out nightly)

Schedule: Full-time or part-time positions available. Shifts range from 4–8 hours, depending on availability. Evening, weekend, and major holiday availability required. Holiday shifts are often the busiest and offer strong tip-earning potential.

Full-time Benefits: Available for all full-time employees who work on average 35 hours per week or more.

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and accuracy
• Provide friendly, attentive service to bar guests and dining room patrons
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking levels
• Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems
• Follow all responsible alcohol service and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Support the team during high-volume service periods

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
