HVAC Aftermarket Parts Specialist

• Assist customers in identifying and ordering replacement parts for commercial HVAC equipment
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person with professionalism and urgency
• Research parts using manufacturer catalogs, diagrams, and technical resources
• Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders
• Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to determine pricing, availability, and lead times
• Follow up with customers on open orders and provide status updates
• Work closely with the service and sales teams to support customer needs
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including pulling orders
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
• Resolve customer concerns with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Continuously learn new products and manufacturer offerings
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and be able to work overtime when business needs require

• Previous experience in HVAC parts, automotive parts, industrial parts, equipment parts, or a similar parts-related role, preferred
• Counter sales or inside sales experience, preferred
• Experience researching part numbers and technical diagrams, preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to help people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning technical products and manufacturer systems
• Proficiency with computers and common business software
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday; occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb stairs
• Frequently use a computer, keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office equipment
• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 100 pounds occasionally with the assistance of lift equipment as needed
• Read printed materials and computer screens and distinguish part numbers, labels, and product information
• Work in both office and warehouse environments
