Key Responsibilities for the Program Administrator:- Conduct client intakes and support enrollment for human services programs.
- Connect individuals and families with community resources, referrals, and support services.
- Coordinate communication with clients, healthcare providers, and community partners.
- Participate in community outreach events and represent program services.
- Maintain program documentation and assist with eligibility tracking, follow-up, and case coordination.
- Experience conducting client intakes, assessments, or program enrollment activities preferred.
- Experience supporting vulnerable or underserved populations.
- Familiarity with community resources, human services programs, or government assistance programs.
- Basic Microsoft Excel and general computer proficiency.
