Homeland Inc. is seeking to hire a candidate for a Part-time Apartment Leasing Manager position who will be responsible for an apartment complex in Corbin, KY. Up to 28 HRS per work week with Flexible Schedule NO NIGHTS NO WEEKENDS!

Job SummaryManage all tenant-related issues including maintenance requests, complaints, tenant retention, and completion of extensive and time-sensitive paperwork. Respond to and follow up calls or emails with prospective tenants, and take prospects on tours; market vacant units through a social media business page on Facebook. Oversee all maintenance operations including maintenance requests, cleaning and make-ready unit process, tenant follow-up, and unit inspections.
Record all tenant payments (accounts receivable), submit deposits, submit invoices (accounts payable), and maintain tenant folders. Other office duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of a full range of administrative processes, sales, and customer service. This position requires proficiency with computers using Microsoft Office and other programs. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
