This facility is seeking a Hematology
- Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm | taking call during the day, night and weekends
• Practice Setting:
  Outpatient and Inpatient
• Types of Cases:
  General Hematology
  - Oncology cases
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
  Epic
• Certifications required:
  Board Certification or Board Eligible, Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
• Licensure required:
  Active Kentucky license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) required
