• Weekend locum support to protect your time
• Additional compensation for any weekend call you do take
• Dedicated coverage: 1 local hospital

• Base salary: up to $425,000
• Productivity + quality bonuses
• Current physician team earning up to $675k+
• $45,000 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
• $75,000 NHSC loan repayment eligibility
