Job Summary
Job description:
Core Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of:
o Intel/AMD server platforms (Xeon, etc.)
o x86 architecture, PCIe, memory subsystem
• Expertise in:
o BIOS/UEFI, BMC, platform initialization
o Linux kernel internals and driver stack
Debug & Validation Skills
AI-Driven Validation & Analytics
• Leverage AI/ML models for:
o Failure pattern detection
o Log analytics and anomaly detection
o Predictive defect identification
• Build/use AI-assisted triage systems to accelerate debug cycles
• Hands-on with:
o Post-silicon validation, bring-up, and debug
o Log analysis (BIOS, OS, firmware)
• Experience in:
o RAS features (MCE, AER, ECC)
o Virtualization validation
Key Responsibilities
1. To design and architect large-scale solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
2. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
3. To continuously upskill with cutting-edge tech to deliver high-quality, future-proof solutions meeting client expectations and industry standards.
4. To leverage domain/tech expertise to gather client needs, deliver solutions, and craft a technology strategy aligned with business goals.
Skill Requirements
Automation Skills
Develop and enhance AI-augmented automation frameworks
• Python-based validation + ML-assisted test optimization
• Proficiency in:
o Python, Shell scripting
• Experience with:
o Automation frameworks and regression systems
Domain Knowledge (One or More)
• Storage / NVMe / CPU / GPU / NPU
• Networking / DPDK
• Virtualization
• Security & RAS
• HPC / AI workload validation
Experience
Typically 6-8+ years in platform/silicon validation
Prior exposure to:
o Data center / enterprise servers
o Cloud platform validation
