We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for pediatric patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Develop and revise care plans based on patient needs and physician directives
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness
- Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors
- Identify healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning opportunities
- Current RN license for the practicing state
- Current health certificate and PPD or chest X-ray
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred: at least one year of RN experience
Work shifts range from 8-12 hours, with options for part-time or full-time employment. Compensation is competitive, with weekly paychecks.
