Role:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for pediatric patients.
Responsibilities:Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process; deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders; monitor signs and symptoms to detect physiologic and psychosocial changes; collect, analyze, and document health data and nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:Valid LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; current TB or Chest X-Ray; current BLS certification; preferred minimum of one year professional nursing experience.
Skills &Key Duties:
Strong assessment and documentation skills; ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care; adherence to safety and health protocols.
