Rack Room Shoes -  - Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising and managing day-to-day store operations while ensuring compliance with company policies.;
Provide leadership, guidance and training to store staff; assume full responsibility in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.;
Create and maintain excellent customer shopping experience and service standards.;
Manage POS transactions, pricing changes, and refunds; oversee inventory control and merchandising.;
Oversee payroll, scheduling, training, and loss prevention to protect company assets.
