Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid at rates between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific duties. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Delivery Associates support the Online Grocery Delivery/Pick-Up department in Walmart stores. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading product from their vehicle, delivering merchandise, and confirming delivery with customers to ensure satisfaction.
