Recovery Coach

Voices of Hope - Lexington, Inc. seeks a compassionate Recovery Coach to provide peer-based support to individuals and families affected by substance use disorder. In this role, you will build trusting relationships, share lived experience when appropriate, and guide participants in developing personalized recovery plans. You will connect people with treatment, harm reduction resources, and community services, while facilitating groups and outreach activities.

Working closely with a mission-driven team, you will maintain accurate documentation, uphold a nonjudgmental, recovery-centered environment, and help strengthen a healthier, more resilient community.
