Banqueting Chef - Luxury Hotel - Straight Shifts - 40 hour week - 3 days offOur client is recruiting a Banqueting Chef for their luxury venue in the Coventry area. They are looking for Chef de Partie with experience of working with all fresh food to produce meals for banqueting, outside events, BBQ', functions and weddings. The client can offer straight shifts worked over 4 days so you will get 3 days off. You will work a 40 hour week with all overtime paid.

- Live may be available
- Working and producing meals for the banqueting kitchen
- Supporting the Head Chef in each service
- Managing and ordering for your own section
- You will already be working as a Chef in a busy hotel, conference centre or restaurant kitchen
- Plating meals for large banqueting
- Used to serving large volumes of customers for functions, parties and weddings
