Smart Repair Technician

PS Ltd are recruiting an experienced Smart Repair Technician to join a state-of-the-art bodyshop, working as part of a skilled team under the guidance of the Bodyshop Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a fresh challenge in a professional, high-standard environment.

• Polish newly painted panels, removing dirt inclusions and ensuring a factory-level finish
• Carry out smart repairs including windscreens, plastics, and interior trim
• Remove scratches and complete minor paint corrections
• Complete leather repairs
• Accurately complete all company documentation and follow procedures
• Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines
• Support and train new team members when required

• Previous experience as a Smart Repair Technician/Bodyshop Technician
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work independently and make decisions on vehicle repairs
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Passion for the motor industry and high customer standards
• Willingness to support and mentor junior technicians
