Carpentry & First/Second Fix:
Experiencing in hanging internal doors, fitting ironmongery (handles, locks, hinges), installing skirting boards, and architraves.

Mastic & Sealing:
High-quality application of mastic and silicone sealant along internal joints, skirting lines, kitchen worktops, and sanitary ware to a clean, handover standard.

Internal Finishes & Snagging:
Carrying out general snagging and remedial works across plots prior to client/purchaser inspections.

Drylining & Patchwork:
Basic plasterboard repairs, tape and jointing, and touching up minor wall damage or ceiling cracks.

Basic Painting & Decorating:
Spot-priming and painting touched-up areas to match existing finishes.

Fixtures & Fittings:
Installing internal signage, bath panels, toilet roll holders, and minor white goods or vanity units.

Defect Rectification:
Investigating and resolving minor internal build defects reported by the site management team.

Must have a CSCS card
