Foot Mobile Engineer

Foot Mobile Engineer Enfield, London - £45,000  Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Foot Mobile Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance covering a large estate and multiple buildings in Enfield & North London. The successful candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of multi-skilled maintenance within this mixed portfolio consisting of commercial offices and High-end residential buildings.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building services. This position would be ideal for an Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and happy to cover multiple sites . In return the company are offering a competitive salary in the region of £45,000  Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card.

Key duties & Responsibilities General Lighting Emergency light testing Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing Changing Ballasts Monitor mechanical plant Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Plumbing Monitor the BMS systems Maintain and update Log books Oversee all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Issuing permits to work and carrying out site inductions for contractors Salary & Package £45,000  Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card Monday to Friday- 8am 5pm 25 Days Holiday Matched Pension Contribution Requirements Electrical or Mechanical Qualifications Level 2 & 3 NVQ or City & Guilds Equivalent 18 th Edition
