The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Fabricator / Welder / Pipe Fitter to join their established team.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering competitive pay, overtime opportunities and the chance to develop your career within a growing and supportive company.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in fabrication and pipe fitting, with strong TIG and/or MIG welding skills and the ability to work confidently from engineering drawings.

Working Hours

· Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm

· Friday: 7:30am – 2:30pm

· Flexibility is required for occasional extended hours and overnight stays.

· Overnight allowance: £25 per night

· On-call rota:
Approximately once every 8 weeks, with an additional £100 payment

Key Responsibilities

· Fabricate and install a variety of pipework systems.

· Carry out high-quality TIG and/or MIG welding.

· Complete off-site installation and fitting work using a company vehicle.

· Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication specifications.

· Ensure all work is completed to the required quality and health & safety standards.

· Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

· Be flexible regarding additional hours and occasional overnight travel.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Fabricator, Pipe Fitter or Welder.

· Essential experience in TIG and/or MIG welding.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Flexible approach to working hours and overnight travel.

· Full UK driving licence – essential for operating the company vehicle.
