Monday Friday, 8:00am5:30pm

Job Description We are currently recruiting for an experienced Engineering / Handy Person to join a busy and well-established business on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong practical background who is confident carrying out general maintenance, repairs and engineering-related tasks across the site.

Key Responsibilities Carry out general building and site maintenance Complete repairs and maintenance of equipment, machinery and facilities Identify faults and carry out basic troubleshooting Undertake mechanical repairs and adjustments where required Carry out general plumbing, electrical and maintenance tasks Use a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively Assist with preventative maintenance across the site Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment Respond to maintenance issues and breakdowns as required Support contractors and external engineers when required Complete general handyman and improvement projects around the site

The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in an engineering, maintenance or multi-skilled handyman role Strong practical and mechanical ability Confident using hand and power tools Able to diagnose and resolve basic maintenance issues Good problem-solving skills Reliable, flexible and able to work independently Good attention to detail Health & Safety conscious Engineering or maintenance qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential Benefits £40,000 per annum Permanent position Monday Friday, 8:00am5:30pm Stable, long-term employment Varied and hands-on role Opportunity to work within an established business
