Maintenance Technician - Tractor fleet

Under the direction of the Shop Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment to support farming operations. This is a hands-on role supporting mechanical, electrical, and auto systems in farm equipment in a fast-paced, food-manufacturing environment.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tractor fleet
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and line improvements
• Complete work orders, maintenance logs, and documentation accurately
• Follow all safety and compliance standards

• Farm equipment maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with tractor, trailer, and other farm equipment
