Special Education Teacher
Lead with purpose. Support every learner. Are you an experienced Special Education Teacher who thrives in a structured, student-centered classroom? Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Georgia school district to recruit a dedicated educator for a full-time self-contained special education position for the 2026–2027 school year. The selected teacher will provide individualized instruction for students with diverse learning and support needs.
Responsibilities will include adapting curriculum, implementing IEP goals, monitoring progress, and creating a predictable classroom environment that promotes academic, behavioral, communication, and functional development.
What you'll do:
- Develop engaging, differentiated lessons based on student abilities and IEP objectives while using appropriate instructional and behavioral strategies to encourage participation and independence.
- Maintain accurate documentation, track student progress, and collaborate with families, general education staff, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
Requirements:
- Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education, Education, or a related field and possess a valid Georgia teaching certificate with the appropriate Special Education endorsement.
- Previous experience in a self-contained classroom is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, classroom management, and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
