This role is the go-to resource for everything related to the assigned product: technical depth, field team enablement, product training, market development, marketing support, and customer-facing application consulting.
The Product Specialist bridges the gap between our OEM/vendor partners and our field teams, ensuring that our organization maintains an industry-leading level of product knowledge and go-to-market execution.

- Support the sales pipeline by conducting product demonstrations, field days, proof-of-concept trials, and customer-facing technical presentations that advance sales conversations.
- Gather and communicate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights back to leadership and OEM/vendor partners to influence product development and enhancement priorities.
- Marketing & Product Promotion:
Partner with marketing to develop product-specific content — including website resources, social media posts, email campaigns, case studies, white papers, and promotional materials. - Represent the product at trade shows, industry events, field days, and customer-facing engagements, serving as the company’s product ambassador.
- Ensure all product data, specifications, pricing, and resources are accurate and current across all company platforms (website, CRM, internal knowledge base).
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to keep Ag Technologies positioned as a market leader.
- Vendor & OEM Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between Ag Technologies and the OEM/vendor partner for the assigned product line. - Communicate product feedback, warranty issues, feature requests, and market intelligence to vendor partners.
