Harris ML Group/MDM Flawless Finish are authorized franchises with Jani-King commercial cleaning services. We are seeking a trained and experienced floor care technician to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Maintaining the cleanliness of hard floors and carpet areas.

Using proper floor care techniques to strip, wax, scrub, buff, and polish floors as needed/required

Safely operate all floor care machines such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums

Adhere to all safety, risk management, and compliance agreements as required

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 yrs. old

Must have reliable transportation and willing to commute. This position requires travel to the areas of:
Cordele/Vienna/Ashburn/Unadilla

Must have a flexible work schedule to accommodate contract guidelines and request

You will be responsible for adhering to and maintaining the cleaning schedule based on the specific contract of each facility

You may receive short notice floor care request outside the specific cleaning schedule based on the real time needs of the facility

Must have at least 1 year of continuous floor care experience

Must be able to verify experience and provide proof of work with video/pics of completed work

General custodial cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.

Pay:

Pay is determined by the following:

Sq footage of floor to be cleaned

Predetermined labor time, subject to change as needed

Equipment used (Technician owned equipment vs. utilizing Harris ML Group company equipment)

Other factors can be considered prior to signing of contract agreement
