Diversified Maintenance is seeking a part-time Janitor to perform general cleaning and preservation of assigned areas within one or multiple client facilities. The role requires flexibility to adapt to client specifications and to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities include floor care, restroom upkeep, trash disposal, window cleaning, carpet maintenance, and restock of supplies. Prior janitorial experience is a plus; on-the-job training will be provided.
