What You'll Do- Deliver direct patient care and nursing assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Respond to medical concerns and urgent healthcare needs
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with providers and fellow nursing staff to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Follow established correctional healthcare policies and protocols
