The Trailer Parts Sales & Customer Representative plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting business growth. This position blends customer support and sales by serving as a trusted point of contact for customers, helping them place orders, resolve issues, and identify solutions that meet their needs.

As a Trailer Parts Sales & Customer Representative, you’ll work across multiple communication channels to provide timely, accurate support while building strong customer relationships that drive satisfaction, efficiency, and long‑term success.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, assisting with orders, returns, and delivery updates.
  • Provide accurate product information, including specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend products that align with their business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell complementary products and services.
  • Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor product availability and proactively communicate any changes or delays.
  • Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships through consistent follow‑up and post‑sale support.
  • Make outbound calls to check inventory levels, recommend refills, and introduce new products.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data to support reporting and analysis.
  • Confidently manage complex or unclear customer requests, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a business‑related or technical field preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, counter sales, or inside sales is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and apply product knowledge quickly; experience with light‑duty trailer products is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Experience using CRM systems and order processing tools is preferred.
