This individual manages the sales team and plays a crucial role in achieving the hotel's financial and business objectives. This position requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and effective promotional tactics.

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving revenue goals.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in using hotel management systems, sales software and marketing analytics tools.
- In-depth knowledge of the local and regional hospitality market.

Working Conditions & Physical Effort:
Physical work is a primary part of many of our hotel and resort jobs. Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting to 50 lbs. Some work is performed in an interior hotel environment with equipment and machines.
