Job Title

Crisp DD Day Center

Description of Duties:

• Supervise individuals on job site.
• Assist with needs as outlined in the ISP.
• Complete routes/transportation as needed.
• Promote a safe learning environment.
• Work with a group when applicable.
• Document and track progress made throughout the day.
• Complete training as it is assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED AND one year experience providing social or direct care services to groups of special needs individuals in a human service setting OR associate degree in a related field OR one year experience at the lower level or position equivalent (SSS
010). Valid Georgia driver's license is also required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field. 1 year experience in a social services setting.

Agency is an eligible worksite for the VA Education Benefit Program (Veterans)

Agency is an eligible work site for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
