Member Services Representative

Club Manager

• Provide members with an outstanding experience and encourage them to achieve their fitness goals.
• Ensure that the club is super clean, maintaining the environment that members value.
• Find new and current members to join fitness classes.
• Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities.
• Assist at the welcome desk by checking in members and providing greetings and farewells.
• Conduct energetic, non‑high‑pressure tours and handle member enrollment and other club responsibilities.
• Lead the team with passion and invite members to participate and enjoy their fitness journey.
• Manage your shift schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Birthdate confirming a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Passion for helping others.
• Understanding that physical demands may involve communicating, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and handling potentially hazardous chemicals.
• On‑time dependability because people rely on you.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch.
