Trans Connect Services in the Memphis area is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative (English/Spanish) to interact with clients, provide information, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve client concerns. The shift is Thursday through Monday, 7 am–4 pm, with Tuesday and Wednesday off.
