• Perform data collection using LiDAR scanners, UAV, and 360 cameras
• Conduct field layout and verification using innovative technologies
• Verify subcontractor and self-perform layout using innovative technologies
• Follow safety procedures and SOPs while performing reality capture services
• Apply independent judgment, problem-solving skills, and prioritization based on relevant factors
• Communicate challenges, potential reality capture use-cases, and success stories to internal and external clients
• Serve as an ambassador for CFT efforts and services, and collaborate with project teams

• Ability to read and understand construction documents, shop drawings, and plans
• Dependable and responsible with the ability to quickly learn new hardware/software tools and teach others
• Preferred knowledge/experience with LiDAR hardware/software, robotic total stations, surveying

Associates Degree or professional coursework in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a similar field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 3+ years of relevant construction experience; experience in construction layout or an equivalent combination of education and experience; experience with construction layout and management applications such as Bluebeam, Procore or similar systems; VDC tech such as Revit, AutoCAD or similar software; past reality capture a plus.

OSHA 10 hour or 30 hour preferred; FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot license is a plus.

The office provides a safe and healthy work environment. Exposure to various conditions may occur in fabrication shop, warehouse, maintenance shop, or project sites, including moving parts, high places, rough terrain, fumes, chemicals, and outdoor weather conditions. Risk of electrical shock and vibration may be present. Noise levels are generally loud.
