Registered Dietitian (RD) – Eating Disorder Care

Location:

Haven of Hope, Cordova, TN

Position:
Full-time, in-person

We’re Hiring:
Registered Dietitian (RD)

Haven of Hope Eating Disorder Care Center in Memphis, TN is looking to add to our existing RD team as we grow!

We currently have amazing dietitians on staff who are integral to our residential program, and with our PHP, IOP, and transitional housing opening in early 2026, we’re expanding and need more hands (and hearts). We are currently hiring for a full-time dietitian for our Residential, PHP and IOP adult programs.

Why Haven of Hope?
  • The only IFS (Internal family systems therapy)-rooted eating disorder program in the world
  • Specializing in eating disorders + co-occurring trauma & attachment disorders
  • Holistic mind-body programming: trauma-informed yoga, equine therapy, sound baths, therapy animals, baby goats
  • Collaborative, deeply specialized care environment with a multidisciplinary team

We’re looking for an RD with ED experience or even those without ED experience but are passionate about eating disorders and trauma-informed nutrition care and ready to collaborate in a truly integrative setting.

The Role

As an RD at Haven of Hope, you’ll:

  • Provide compassionate, individualized nutrition care to clients with complex eating disorders.
  • Lead nutrition assessments, meal planning, and one-on-one counseling.
  • Collaborate daily with therapists and medical staff in a true multidisciplinary setting.
  • Lead nutrition education groups and provide meal support.
  • Guide clients (and families) toward a more peaceful, attuned relationship with food.
What We’re Looking For
  • RD credential + active state license
  • ED experience preferred but not required (residential/PHP/IOP experience a plus). If you don’t have any eating disorder experience, you will be provided thorough training before you are expected to take on a client caseload.
  • Comfort with HAES®, non-diet, and trauma-informed nutrition care
  • Compassion, collaboration, and a heart for this work
Why Join Us?
  • Competitive salary & benefits (health, PTO, professional development)
  • Small census = meaningful relationships with clients and team
  • An innovative program that integrates IFS, trauma-informed yoga, equine therapy, sound baths, therapy animals, and more
  • A growing continuum of care with opportunities to expand your role
  • Assistance in becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS)

If you’re ready to bring your expertise and heart to a team that truly values dietitians as core to the healing process, we’d love to hear from you.
