This assignment offers a weekly blended rate of $2,240, based on five 8‑hour day shifts. Key Responsibilities of the Home Health RN

Conduct in‑home assessments to evaluate medical needs, environment, and safety
Develop individualized care plans and coordinate with providers
Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, and skilled nursing interventions
Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and family caregivers
Document visits accurately and submit timely EMR updates
Educate patients and families on disease management and self‑care
Prioritize visits and manage mileage/time efficiently
Ensure continuity of care through communication and follow‑up

Requirements of the Home Health RN

Active Tennessee RN license or compact eligibility
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience (required by most facilities)
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between patients’ homes
