Sr. SAP Demand and Supply Analyst

Overview

Bioventus LLC., seeks Sr. SAP Demand and Supply Analyst (Cordova, TN).

• Engage in the full lifecycle development of SAP-based business applications and information systems solutions for internal customers.
• Collaborate with business process owners and power users to provide solutions supporting multiple production and warehouse-based teams.
• Study, analyze, and support demand, shopfloor production, inventory and bin management, and overall warehousing processes.
• Perform gap analysis of as-is vs. to-be designs in accordance with a global template.
• Collaborate with business teams to provide industry-standard solutions and perform configuration with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on configuration of SAP modules:
  Production Planning (PP) & Shopfloor Execution, Inventory & Warehouse Management (IM/WM/EWM), and Quality Management (QM).
• Analyze integration requirements and coordinate with legacy, third-party software, 3PL, and non-SAP systems.
• Execute standard SAP testing cycles (SIT, INT, RGR, E2E) and provide support for the SAP platform, including triage and issue resolution.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
• Maintain accountability for conducting business in compliance with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance, policies, procedures, and internal controls applicable to the role.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, plus 2 years of experience in software engineering, development, or related role.
• 1 year of experience in SAP ECC.
• 1 year of experience across phases of SAP projects following Activate methodology.
• 1 year of experience in S/4
  
  HANA with the following work streams:
  • IM/WM/EWM (Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Extended Warehouse Management)
  • PP (Plan to Produce / Demand to Supply)
  • Manufacturing Costing and Supply Chain Finance (FSCM)
• At least 1 Full Life Cycle (FLC) implementation of S/4
  
  HANA or Fiori.
• At least 2 Full Life Cycle (FLC) implementations of ECC in PP, IM/WM/EWM, and QM.

National travel required up to 10% for project-related activities. Hybrid work model: 4 days in office and 1 day from within commuting distance. 24/7 on-call support may be required occasionally for weekend/after-hours deployments, release schedules, cycle counts, or other warehouse activities.
