Job Description
A client/employer of Insight Global is searching for a Technical Documentation Specialist. This role supports manufacturing and quality operations by reviewing, updating, and standardizing procedures, work instructions, process documentation, and quality records. Partners with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation that supports operational consistency, compliance, and audit readiness.

2+ years of experience in technical writing, process documentation, manufacturing documentation, or a related field.
Experience creating SOPs, work instructions, and controlled documents.
Strong written communication and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and process-mapping tools.
