About the Role:

Join Clara Butler Nursing and Personal Care as an RN/LPN in Cordova, TN, where you'll provide compassionate care to our valued clients. Clara Butler Nursing and Personal Care Services are seeking LPN or RNs to work 7a-7p shifts on a regular bases including some holidays and some weekend time and PRN Staff to pick up shifts as needed. Contractors are welcome or staff can be hired in as employee until contractor approval has been determined.

This case pays $28.00 to $30.00 per hr based on verified experience. Individual has 28% trach collar and there is 8-12 hr DSP assistance available to assist in caring for the individual with nurse. 9p-7a Nursing staff will provide the care individually. Call our office Monday through Friday at  (office phone) 9am-430pm. - Friday 9am-430pm.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient health and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
• CPR/FIRST AID/AED or can be obtained on the job
• Flexibility to work various hours, including day shift 7a-7p or 7a-3p and some weekends.
• Able to trouble shoot and use good judgement
