Compassionate Homecare Registered Nurse opportunity in Cordova, Tennessee
, just outside the Memphis metro area. This travel RN role offers weekday scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and the chance to provide meaningful home health and hospice case management in a patient-centered setting.

• Location: Cordova, TN 38018
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse Assignment
• Start Date: 06/01/2026
• Weekly Hours Guarantee: 32
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120-$2,230

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a compact state license
• Experience with HCHB (Home Care Home Base) required
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a collaborative approach to patient care
• Professional certification required

• Provide hospice RN case management in a homecare and home health setting
• Support admissions and death visits as needed
• Prepare for and participate in IDT meetings
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in the home
• Document and manage care plans accurately using HCHB
• Work within a coverage area spanning Shelby, Fayette, and Tipton Counties
• Adapt to changing patient needs while maintaining high-quality clinical care

• Weekday schedule with no on-call or weekend requirements
